There are certain laws governing the activities of convicted felons can not participate in. .. or things that companies can not convicted felons in possession of ... But it may be a limitation of time and are usually companies that are involved in security, banking and finance, weapons, etc.

Although the final answer will depend on the laws of other states, I do not have a cleaning company is likely to fall under these restrictions.

I suppose it could be a law somewhere in the world that the rights of criminals to possess somewhat limited. I am not aware of anywhere in the us had such a law, if the cleaning company a gambling license in Nevada, and worked mainly for the game, then it might have a problem, or if the company was also in some other cases firearms, which could be a problem. When the company was owned by famous criminals and the buyer on probation, which could be a problem, but I do not know any restrictions that apply globally to prevent the criminal from the acquisition or possession of a monkey cleaning business.

I do not see why not. Just because you done your time, does not mean that they are excluded from the opening of a business. Some banks may be less inclined, you have a loan, but there are many banks that will be.
