No! A laser functions, such as lasers, because the light emitted by all are of the same wavelength and coherentmeaning the waves all in the same direction and synchronously. The combination of light of different wavelengths interfere with each other and carry on the beam like a normal beam angle. However, this could be achieved by a maser wavelength, since the spectrum is much broader and harmonies can be used.
White light is all colors combined. What you describe is similar to a fluorescent light. Emitting at different wavelengths for the expected value of the reading lights and white eyes.
